Villa Sa Batería is truly an incredible property, its privileged location is possibly one of the most beautiful on the island.
Its plot of more than 4000m2 is located in front of the sea in the largest natural harbour of Mallorca.
The house has been built with high quality materials paying attention to the smallest detail so that the house and its garden blend perfectly with its surroundings. From its gardens, with large lawns, palm trees, pine trees, pond and an incredible infinity pool, you can enjoy one of the best views one can imagine. Next to the pool you will find a shaded area with a chill-out and a Jacuzzi ideal for a drink or cocktail while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. The living area consists of two floors, with large sliding windows from where you can enjoy the sea and the breeze in all its rooms, on the ground floor there is a living room with bar and chill area with access to the pool, two large double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, both with incredible views of the bay, we also find a small kitchen fully furnished and equipped, a toilet, an indoor heated pool of 12.5 meters long and gym. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with two large sofas where you can relax while reading a book or watching your favourite programme on the huge 88 inch TV. In the dining room you will also find a large dining table and access to the large balcony with dining area. Next to the dining room is the main fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, next to it a complete bathroom with shower. To complete this floor there is a large master suite with double bed, bathroom with shower, large bathtub and a huge dressing room. The house has central heating, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, Internet, televisions in all rooms, electric blinds, and much more.
Location & surroundings
Enjoy small restaurants and hotel bars here. For shopping and further living the south-eastern surroundings are ideal.
In the southeast of Majorca you will also find more beautiful bays and beaches, like for example the beach of Es Trenc near Colonia de Sant Jordi with its turquoise blue water and its fine sandy beach.
In addition, there are places like Felanitx and Santanyi, which invite you to shop. Santanyi is especially popular with German emigrants.
In Colonia de Sant Jordi it is also possible to book excursions to the
the small natural island of Cabrera.
The south-east is still typical and captivates with a flat landscape that invites hiking and cycling. The nature reserve of MondragO is particularly attractive for a visit.
The nearest golf course is Vall d'Or only 5 minutes away.
